Stockleigh Pomeroy Village Hall

Stockleigh Pomeroy is a small, farming village near Crediton.  Other than the local church there was nowhere for the villagers to meet and so in 1950 after much fundraising and hard work the villagers erected a Nissen Hut as our Village Hall.

Since that time, Stockleigh Pomeroy's much loved Village Hall has been a focal point for the community. Every month there are events which bring the village together. Sadly our Village Hall nissen hut had seen better days and the building was in such a poor state of repair with serious structural problems which left us with no option but to seek funding for a replacement.

Thanks to various grants, local donations and the support of our community we launched our new hall in 2016!
